This is proof that americans are mentally sick! Your gonna detere drinking by banning them from being chauffered?? If kids are gonna have an alcoholic beverage I surely wouldn't be that stupid and ban them from being driven to and from their prom. Just cause a few hooligans are in the crowd shouldn't label everyone as a troubled teen. Are you gonna shelter them from every experience so they become tame little vegetables with no possibility of allowing them to use their common senses? Lets ban adults that insist on dwarfing human growth.
any kind of substance abuse comes from dead beat parents and the teens should not be held liable for their wayward behavior. I think they should start imprisoning these women who endlessly spawn without care and that is where the problems lie with society having to worry. When will women start closing their legs and get an education and start supporting themselves then maybe they won't think they can just hatch unwanted kids for the rest of us to worry about.It's really sad how low self esteems american women have that they feel their only contribution to the world is to spread their legs.

No way the little shithead was raised well and then went out and found other little shitheads to pal around with and shitheadism IS contagious, you know. It's like a plague that moves on from one asshole teen to another.
But no, don't blame the kids. Maybe if the little shitheads were allowed to screw up, they'd learn from it.
It's just like every dickhead teen that WANTS to be on whatever team should be able to be... That way it doesn't mess with their self esteem! Just because they SUCK and don't try hard enough, be sure to blame the parents. Granted, the parents often suck, too, but that's because it's becoming one generation of "You ARE good enough even if you are a slacker" after another. *sigh*
